Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is currently hiring Customer Service Officers in Dubai, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role supports operations across some of the region’s most recognized entertainment destinations, including VOX Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring visitors receive professional assistance and excellent service throughout their experience. Daily responsibilities include handling ticket sales, reservations, customer inquiries, guest support, payment processing, and promoting available products and services. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high service standards while working with diverse customers.
The successful candidate will support entertainment venue operations by assisting guests, resolving concerns, coordinating events and parties, processing transactions, and ensuring operational procedures are followed at all times. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while supporting overall business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
Job Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service across entertainment venues operated by Majid Al Futtaim.
• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, ticket purchases, and general support.
• Handle cash, card, voucher, and electronic payments accurately.
• Process refunds, issue receipts, and complete daily cash reconciliation tasks.
• Promote products, services, memberships, and entertainment packages through upselling techniques.
• Support event coordination, party bookings, and guest activities when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and operational procedures within assigned locations.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Support daily operations at VOX Cinemas, Magic Planet, Ski Dubai, and other entertainment venues as required.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have a minimum high school education and at least one to two years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or similar customer-facing roles. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English required and Arabic considered an advantage.
The ideal candidate should be physically fit, comfortable working in a dynamic entertainment environment, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Experience with cash handling, basic computer systems, customer interactions, and sales support activities will be beneficial. Applicants holding a UAE Family Book are preferred for this position.
